Time-lapse of the Week #3
Here is a nice time-lapse video of the assembly of a giraffe skeleton in the library of the Santa Rosa Junior College Petaluma campus. This was posted by ThePressDemocrat.
Also, yesterday I posted a brief video time-lapse of the compost heap in my backyard. It is just a brief preview of an ongoing project.

What Camera are you using for your Timelapses and Stopmotions
The oldest ones were with a Sony Cyber shot which is a good compact camera but not recommended for time-lapses unless the newer models have added an intervalometer. Most of the better ones have been with a Canon PowerShot S3 IS. I use a laptop and GBTimelapse software to control the camera and to store the pictures. My most recent project, the compost camera, is a Pentax Optio W90 which has a built in intervalometer. I plan to give a little update on the compost cam project and tell a little more about the Pentax in a few days so stay tuned.
