Bug Photo Quiz

This little creature showed up on the underside of my deck last week. I was initially unable to identify it, but I accidentally found the answer today while thumbing through a field guide identifying other bugs. ID to the family level is as far as I can go. I'm not sure if further specification is possible with just this picture, but if you know it, please speak up.

Hi. Just found your blog. Great macro shots! I'm a "bug person" too, and I like seeing what kinds of bugs other people are finding. That's an asian ladybug larva. Here's a link to a page with more info.
